Primarily responsible for the area of store and workplace safety as well as health protection and lead a small team. Use the ASA safety system as a basis to sensitize employees, customers, and third parties regarding safety. Ensure the implementation, compliance, and optimization of safety and emergency processes and advise management as the safety officer. Additionally, take on co-responsibility and work in the areas of facility management and theft prevention (store detective). Ensure the opening and closing of the specialist center together with management and be able to initiate necessary steps in emergency situations (first aid, evacuation, power failure, etc.) in a safe and timely manner. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by parking management, including organizing traffic cadets and various small tasks.
BAUHAUS, the specialist for workshop, home, and garden, is currently represented with five specialist centers in the cantons of Bern, Zurich, St. Gallen, Fribourg, and Aargau.
