Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Analyze the current enclosure design concepts for IP55 and NEMA 3R dry-type transformer applications. Define CFD simulation models to evaluate airflow distribution, temperature fields, and thermal performance under AN and AF cooling conditions. Investigate different design parameters, including finned wall geometry, ventilation strategy, airflow paths, fan-assisted cooling configuration, and material selection. Compare alternative enclosure solutions in terms of thermal efficiency, manufacturability, robustness, and compliance with protection requirements. Identify critical areas related to heat accumulation, restricted airflow, and possible design limitations. Develop engineering recommendations and design guidelines for optimized dry-type transformer enclosures.
