Corporate Real Estate Analyst

Manage and continuously improve portfolio data in Archibus, including property, lease, strategic planning, and sustainability-related information. Develop strong expertise in Archibus functionalities and promote their effective use across the team. Deliver Archibus training and provide support to internal users. Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate portfolio data in a timely and reliable manner. Oversee our external vendor responsible for lease administration and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of lease data. Identify and improve processes related to data collection, validation, lease abstraction, and lease management to enhance efficiency and control. Raise purchase orders and verify invoices. Prepare presentation materials, data analysis, reports, and charts using multiple data sources and tools. Translate complex real estate data into clear insights that support portfolio decisions and management reporting. Organize and maintain Teams and SharePoint sites and support the development of the division’s intranet presence. Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Global Portfolio Management division through administrative support activities.

Hitachi Energy Real Estate provides strategic leadership for global real estate activities, acting as a business partner to improve performance through effective solutions. The Global Portfolio Management division shapes strategy, mitigates risks, and uses data-driven insights to enhance portfolio performance. It also supports real estate sustainability topics in collaboration with Business Units and Hitachi Energy Sustainability teams.

• Proven experience in real estate data management, data analytics, and reporting

• Experience in lease management

• Experience in corporate real estate within a corporate global real estate function

• Ability to interpret lease terms, understand portfolio structures and real estate data

• Hands-on experience with a real estate data management platform

• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint. Knowledge of SAP REFX is an asset

• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Highly organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to work with accuracy in a fast-evolving environment

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively across different topics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate successfully in a global team environment
