Internship in IT Onsite Support

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues, prepare laptops and other devices so they are ready for use by new or existing employees. Support end users in navigating self‑service tools and standard IT procedures. Assist with stock handling, asset pickup/return, and device preparation for onboarding/offboarding. Support warranty processes by gathering information and preparing devices. Help maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms and shared office spaces, ensuring systems operate correctly. Update documentation related to device preparation and OSS procedures and report issues to the team. Be engaged in special projects where you make impact (relocating, changing office set-up, set up infrastructure, set-up of the meeting rooms). Be engaged in special on‑site projects, such as office relocations, changes to office layouts, infrastructure setup, and preparation or reconfiguration of meeting rooms, contributing directly to how the workplace functions.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Currently studying at a university or technical school (EFZ) in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Comfortable working with people and with following established procedures and you are passionate about making things better
Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
Eager to learn and develop technical skills in a hands‑on environment
Strong problem‑solving mindset and good attention to detail
Good communication skills in English and German
