This is a customer and partner-focused technical sales role, leading the Hitachi Vantara Presales effort in accounts by partnering with Hitachi Vantara Account Managers as well as Channel Partners to build customer-centric and business outcome value propositions. You will build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers by helping them define then optimize their investments in Hitachi Vantara solutions. Working cross functionally and with the customer/partner teams you will have technical ownership through the solution design process. Using strong technical and interpersonal skills you will lead technical discussions with the customer, the partner and the account team regarding the challenges in today’s market, industry trends, and the Hitachi Vantara vision. You will present a technical vision, business case and solution set specifically developed for the customer based on detailed requirements gathering.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Knowledge of the broader Hitachi Vantara portfolio, and/or comparable portfolio of other companies (our key competitors) in the same sector bringing a background in IT infrastructure architectures, especially in Storage and Network, but as well Server, Converged Systems, etc.
Skills in Analytics, Data-/Information Management, Cloud, IoT is an advantage
Experience in a customer facing/solution design role - ideally presales focus and from an HV competitor or partner
Strong competence in relationship management
Strong competence in communication
Strong competence in persuasive presentation and public speaking skills
Languages: French: native or close to near-native proficiency (excellent reading and writing skills)
Languages: English: full professional proficiency
