Offer solutions for P&L issues with factories/clients.

Our client, a company specializing in engineering and medical devices, is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen its team in the northern Vaud region.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

• Engineering degree, preferably with knowledge in mechanics, electronics, or electro-medical devices.
• Experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of performance.
• Experience in developing new clients.
• Positive attitude: listening, negotiation, respect, and customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Organized and able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time within Switzerland and internationally.
