Brand Ambassador for Swarovski

Deliver annual performance results and increase sales revenue. Execute and support marketing initiatives. Handle day-to-day retail operations including backroom organization and cleanliness. Ensure a smooth and timely supply chain flow. Implement the brand’s visual merchandise guidelines and communicate reports monthly. Plan, prepare and facilitate Sales staff’s training. Lead the induction of new employees. Deliver product and customer service trainings (supported by materials from the brand). Attend the brand’s product, visual merchandise and new launch training.
