SAP Application & Business Process Manager (LE/TM)

You manage, support and continuously develop business and SAP processes in Logistics Outbound and Transport Management. You take ownership of end-to-end process analysis, standardisation, documentation and monitoring. You capture, assess and prioritise business requirements and translate them into robust functional solution concepts. You steer development orders with internal and external partners and ensure successful implementation in the relevant applications. You run tests, deliver trainings, support global roll-outs and coordinate Process Managers, Key Users and Super Users worldwide.

• Strong functional knowledge either in SAP LE or TM; SAP GTS, SD or PS as an advantage

• Several years of experience in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Freight Forwarding

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics or an equivalent qualification with relevant further training

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes, including adjacent areas such as Customer Project, Customer Service and Procurement and willingness to familiarize yourself with adjacent topics such as Trade Affairs, customs and export control (SAP GTS)

• Project leadership experience, strong analytical and conceptual skills, confident stakeholder communication, business-fluent English and intercultural competence in a global environment
