You will be responsible for: Using a disciplined approach to risk assessment of new and renewal business of your own portfolio of customers. Collaborating with our sales colleagues to help acquire new corporate customers. Working closely with the account managers and the network partners to win and to retain the business in the best interest of ZGEBS and the Customer. Contributing to the development and maintenance of tools and processes, supporting the underwriting area. Contributing to the ongoing performance management of the book of business.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Practical experience in the pricing and underwriting of Group Life and/or Medical Insurance schemes with a minimum of 6 years Employee Benefits insurance or relevant industry experience.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Good English communication skills. At ease in discussing and communicating about technical topics to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Ability to quickly understand and make use of new technical information in relation to risk assessment.

  • Ability to understand, interpret and translate customer requirements into deliverable.
