• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree

• Paralegal certificate and applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree

• 5+ years' experience drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry preferred
