Junior IT System Administrator

You handle IT requests in first-level support (phone, email, ticketing system), including classification and escalation. You install, support, and maintain IT workstations and keep documentation as well as the IT inventory up to date. You support employees with day-to-day IT questions related to Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.), assist with internal IT training sessions, and support IT onboarding activities. You communicate and coordinate with external IT service providers regarding hardware, software, and network-related matters. You participate in IT projects such as rollouts, system updates, and migrations.

• You have completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Computer Science Specialist EFZ, ICT Specialist, or equivalent)

• You have initial experience in IT support (e.g., through an internship, apprenticeship, or part-time position)

• You possess solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments

• You work independently, carefully, and collaboratively, enjoy working with people, and have a solution-oriented mindset

• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
