PhD Position (Translational Tumor Immunology)

📍 4031 Basel

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Investigate endogenous anti-tumor T cell responses and epitope spreading following targeted cancer therapies Identify and experimentally validate patient-specific tumor antigens and T cell epitopes using genomic, computational and functional approaches Characterize tumor-reactive T cells longitudinally using functional assays, peptide–MHC tetramers, high-parameter flow cytometry and single-cell RNA/TCR sequencing Integrate immunological, molecular and clinical data to understand determinants of durable tumor control Take an active role in shaping the project, analyzing and presenting your data, and communicating the results through conferences and scientific publications
