help innovate and evolve our direct Alternative products offering, with a focus on direct real estate, across global markets help drive and participate in the generation of new product ideas participate in and manage the product development aspect of an evolving direct Real Estate/Private Markets offering efficiently manage product lifecycle to ensure a competitive product shelf lead product development activities including the design, product governance and implementation through launch conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and prepare strategic product and structuring recommendations take an active role for the product roadmap and pipeline of future initiatives collaborate closely with Client Coverage Distribution and Investment teams to help formulate the right solution for clients across different markets work with legal, tax, compliance, risk, and operations teams to assess suitable and efficient product solutions oversee the market and product performance to identify opportunities and challenges, ensuring a robust and coherent product shelf work with fund boards to implement strong and robust fund governance procedures.
