Support market research and help gather insights about customer needs Work closely with your team and other departments to achieve shared goals Help promote Tecan products and initiatives Assist in developing strategies and marketing plans for our products Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them on time Track product performance and help with pricing analysis Support the product life cycle from idea to launch and beyond Join product development meetings and contribute your perspective

• You have a degree (or are about to graduate) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, a technical/scientific field, or similar experience

• You’re independent, can prioritize your work, and are not afraid to ask questions

• You’re a team player who fits well with others and communicates honestly

• You’re a self-starter who is eager to learn

• You’re open, curious, and want to make a difference

• You deliver on your commitments

• You’re comfortable communicating and presenting in English (German or other languages are a plus)

• Experience in sales, marketing, or the life sciences is helpful but not required

• Experience with laboratory automation and liquid handling platforms is a plus

• Ability to travel for work
