Supporting the Cyber Defense Center in operational activities Independently carrying out small projects to enhance the Cyber Defense Center Staying up to date on the international threat landscape, especially in the energy sector

The Cyber Security team at Swissgrid monitors the infrastructure of the Swiss electricity grid operator and responds to security incidents. We continuously observe the evolving threat landscape and develop effective countermeasures — it’s part of our daily routine. We are looking forward to your application if you want to help protect IT and OT networks in our Cyber Defense Center and contribute to Switzerland’s energy security.

• Ongoing studies in Information Security or Computer Science with a focus on Information Security

• Initial experience in analysing and triaging security incidents, or participation in CTFs (Capture the Flag competitions)

• A passion for tackling challenges and serious problems — with a good sense of humour

• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
