As a Network Supporter, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of network systems. You will collaborate with various teams to implement network solutions and assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure. Additionally, you will document network configurations and changes, and participate in network upgrades and installations.

• Proven experience in network support and troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills in both German and English
