Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Design, maintain and continuously improve competency-based training programs for technical and operational roles. Translate regulatory, OEM and operational requirements into structured learning paths and curricula. Define training standards, documentation, and governance mechanisms ensuring audit-ready compliance for all trainings. Oversee the translation of program frameworks into deliverable learning solutions, ensuring trainers, SMEs, and shared services have the required inputs and standards. Manage delivery of classroom, hands-on and On-Job-Training activities. Monitor training KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and HR to align training with business needs.

We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Operational Training teams at Zurich Airport.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, in Business, Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Education, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation MRO, technical training, regulatory training or program management preferred.

  • Proven senior level project or program manager competence, ideally in a regulated environment.

  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part 145, FAA, OEM) preferred and understanding and willingness to learn about engine maintenance processes, authorization / certification requirements, and willingness to deepen technical knowledge.

  • Experience with training program design, competency models or LMS platforms is of advantage.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluent English skills (C1) required; German skills (B1) desired.
