Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Guarantee safety and quality of workmanship and documentation in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness, authorities rules / regulations at all times. Organize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance as well tools, equipment and work documentation. Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to meet demand at all times. Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow up with all employees. Take ownership of the 5S in the area, ensuring tidiness of the area and the documentation. Execute and promote Continuous Improvements in applying Lean principles to achieve the organization targets. Assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning and monitor labor efficiency.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Technical apprenticeship is a requirement
3 years of professional experience in MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities
Experience in a leadership role
English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher
Knowledge to apply Lean methodology
Further management education desired but not a must
