Hardware Verification Specialist

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Execute hardware verification tests on hearing aids, accessories, and assemblies. Perform acoustic, electronic, mechanical, and chemical measurements using specialized laboratory equipment. Analyze test results and document findings in technical reports. Support the development and improvement of test methods, verification processes, and laboratory structures. Investigate unusual test behaviors and collaborate with engineers to identify root causes. Maintain laboratory equipment and support day-to-day lab operations. Contribute to R&D activities, team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Hands-on experience with manufacturing, repair, servicing, or troubleshooting electronic devices
Practical experience with soldering and working with small electronic or electromechanical components
Strong knowledge of electronics and measurement technologies
Good English and German communication skills (written and spoken)
Proactive, quality-focused, and eager to learn
Experience in hardware verification, testing, or validation
Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries
Knowledge of acoustic measurements
Experience in results documentation
Familiarity with Confluence and MS Teams
