Clinic Manager - Fraser St

As Clinic Manager, you will lead your clinic team with passion and purpose, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and creating a first-class client experience. You will provide high-quality hearing assessments, fittings, teleaudiology, and other audiology services within your scope of practice. Beyond your clinical responsibilities, you will take ownership of the clinic’s day-to-day operations and provide direct line management to your team, ensuring all aspects of performance, development, and coaching are met. Supporting the Area Manager/Region Manager, you will help drive clinic success while fostering Triton Hearing’s culture and performance standards. Key to this role is your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and your team, ensuring engagement with organisational messages and creating an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
