Produktionsmitarbeiter Elektronikfertigung (SMT / AOI)

Bedienung der Anlagen Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Bedienung und Absicherung der Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Visuelle Kontrolle / Prüfung der Elektronik unter dem Mikroskop, Analyse von Störungen und erste Massnahmen zur Behebung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Schnittstellen und Führungskräften, Sicherstellung eines klaren Informationsflusses zur Führungskräften, Dokumentation von Aufträgen sowie korrekte Erfassung von Arbeits- und Auftragszeiten, Aktive Mitarbeit an Shopfloor-Aktivitäten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen, Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen bei Bedarf sowie Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsvorgaben.

• Abgeschlossene Schulbildung (Sekundarstufe II), idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrund;

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in SMT / AOI Umfeld , zum Beispiel Zertifikat SMD Bestückung, Zertifikat AOI Bedienung

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, vorzugsweise an SMT-Linien und in der AOI-Bedienung

• Erfahrung in der Elektronik- oder Medizintechnik von Vorteil

• Sehr gutes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, Zertifikat ICP von Vorteil

• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und flexible Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für Veränderungen

• Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-Systemen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP

• Konventionelles Löten, Lackieren und Montieren von Bauteilen von Vorteil
