Team / Beschreibung

Founded in 1968, SKAN is a pioneer in cleanroom equipment and the development of isolators for the pharmaceutical industry. Innovative products, tailor-made solutions and an effective service organisation have made SKAN a market leader and a key partner to industry and research laboratories. For our Pure Solutions division, we are seeking for an unifying leader with entrepreneurial vision. Pure Solutions comprises the national business for laboratory workbenches and other products, as well as the national service business for these systems within Switzerland. The divisional head reports directly to Group Executive Board and manages four senior managers. The division consists of almost 50 employees and includes Sales & Marketing, Internal Sales, Service and Coordination departments.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Ideally a university degree (Master’s or at least a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent)

  • Several years’ experience in the Swiss laboratory, pharmaceutical or medtech market (primarily within the life sciences sector) with a relevant professional network

  • Strong leadership skills; ideally with first leadership experience or a willingness to take the next step in a leadership role

  • Further education in business management, sales, marketing or business development

  • Fluency in German and English

  • A natural, integrative leadership style

  • An open, creative and bold approach to work

  • Independent and meticulous in implementation

  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking

  • A talent for building sustainable relationships across departmental boundaries
