Role and responsibilities
In this role, you will take the overall lead for employee engagement and sponsoring, work closely with stakeholders globally to develop and implement employee engagement strategies, create internal communication content, implement communication strategies for organizational initiatives, lead internal communications for HQ and manufacturing sites, measure communication effectiveness, act as a communications business partner for internal functions, plan and activate sponsoring activities, organize events, and implement new brand positioning internally.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, mass communication, or related area
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications and internal communications
- Passionate communicator
