Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Provide legal advice and support on integrity and corporate governance, as well as on commercial and contract law matters, partnering closely with business leaders, corporate functions, and management teams. Assist in the development and maintenance of global data protection, privacy and information security frameworks and related governance processes, providing pragmatic and business-oriented legal support. Contribute to integrity, insurance & risk management initiatives, supporting the development and continuous improvement of related frameworks, policies and processes. Provide day-to-day legal support across a broad range of business activities, including procurement, sales, operations and corporate functions. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including manufacturing and supply agreements, procurement contracts, service agreements, confidentiality agreements and other business contracts. Support dispute management and assist in the handling and resolution of out-of-court and in-court disputes.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Master’s degree in Law (Swiss MLaw or equivalent international qualification) preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Law, combined with relevant professional experience will also be considered. Admission to the bar is an advantage but not required.
2–5 years of relevant professional experience gained in a law firm, consulting environment or in-house legal department. Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or CDMO industry is considered an advantage.
Exposure to commercial, corporate or contract law. Additional experience or interest in data protection, information security, compliance, risk management or related areas is considered a plus.
