Point of Contact and responsible for the positioning, marketing, and further development of our Fresh Food formats. Responsible for the performance of the Fresh Food category and formats in Switzerland, particularly for growth and profitability. Ensure operational management of assortments and strategic development. Identify growth potentials and develop new solutions. Close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Services, Technology, IT) in the Swiss market and within the Selecta Group to optimally align and implement strategies and concepts. Ensure the right foundations and tools for colleagues in the field to ensure successful implementation. Build and maintain strategic partnerships and supplier relationships to promote collaboration and secure mutual success. Reporting, controlling, analyses, and preparation of presentations for customers and internal stakeholders. Conceptualization, planning, and implementation of marketing and communication measures for the Fresh Food formats.
