Role and responsibilities

You are our technical documentation expert and central knowledge hub for documentation topics. You create, structure, standardize and maintain technical documentation for SCHOTT Pharma machinery. You support projects, internal departments and suppliers in activities related to technical documentation. You manage technical documentation in R&D; and Global Engineering - SCHOTT Pharma's central machine provider. You establish a translation management for technical documentation. You establish a documentation incoming process. You account for internal, legal and normative requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical education (Bachelor degree or similar)
• Training or education in Technical Writing, Technical Documentation or similar
• 3 years of specific experience in preparation of technical documentation / technical writing
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with interactions with a large internal and external network
• Knowledge of international laws and standards concerning machinery and technical documentation
• Advanced skills in tools like Adobe FrameMaker / Illustrator / Photoshop and MS Office
