Job Description
As PMO for the department, responsibilities include developing and establishing project management practices, supporting project managers, creating and maintaining project portfolio overview, participating in continuous improvement and digitalization of project management processes, ensuring knowledge transfer in projects, and executing internal workshops and trainings.
Education
- Background in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling and finance and/or business information technology
Experience
- Experience in the field of PMO and/or project management in a multi-project environment
Competencies
- Analytical mindset with a structured, result-oriented approach
- Service-orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Languages
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
