Build, co-own, and execute comprehensive global account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential — identifying new business opportunities and closing complex deals with C-level executives and operational decision makers across the manufacturing industry. Cultivate and grow senior business relationships across new buyers and business domains, engaging both customer and Salesforce executive stakeholders to foster meaningful connections at the highest level. Lead the full sales cycle — from pipeline development through contract close — leveraging internal resources including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, and partners to support deal execution. Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately while evangelising the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
You have a proven track record of solution and technology selling within a strategic or global account setting, with the ability to map out complex global account plans and sell applications, strategic projects, and platform deployments.
You have a deep understanding of the business and technology requirements of enterprise customers in the manufacturing industry, and can define and articulate compelling value propositions that address complex customer needs.
You are skilled at building and nurturing senior relationships, negotiating complex deals, and operating with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
You are fluent in English and German (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a strong advantage for this Switzerland-based role.
