Develop and execute a strategic business plan for each assigned account — identifying core customer requirements, mapping Salesforce data solutions to agreed outcomes, and selling to executive-level decision makers up to and including C-suite level. Build and manage your own pipeline for both short and long-term opportunities, working with strategic partners and marketing to develop account-specific plans including events, seminars, and roadmap sessions. Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management using Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, qualifying against the MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion) sales methodology and delivering against quarterly revenue targets. Drive incremental growth within assigned accounts by identifying new opportunities, expanding the Salesforce footprint, and ensuring customers achieve measurable, data-driven business outcomes.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
5 or more years of experience in a field sales role selling enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
A deep understanding of the power of data and its impact on business decision-making, with the ability to translate complex organisational challenges into compelling data solutions.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies, and are comfortable engaging at C-suite level.
Fluency in German and English and thrive in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment.
