Named Account Executive

Lead and execute Switzerland's GTM strategy — driving pipeline generation, conversion, and consumption metrics across key verticals, while utilising data-driven methods and automation to optimise sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to scale adoption, ensure customer success, and implement industry-specific sales motions and marketing activities that win new customers and develop customer success stories. Participate in delivery motions to ensure strong platform adoption and successful use case realisation, supporting customers through both the sales and implementation journey. Contribute to Salesforce Switzerland's broader strategy by prioritising enablement, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous learning and development across the team.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • You have extensive experience in sales and delivery within the technology or Software as a Service (SaaS) sector, with a demonstrated track record of executing sales strategies and driving growth across specific accounts and markets.

  • You have a deep understanding of Swiss businesses and industry-specific requirements, with strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • You are skilled at working across partners, internal teams, and customers to achieve shared goals in a complex, matrixed environment.

  • You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a strong advantage for this role.
