Territory Account Executive, Slack

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Drive ACV within the Enterprise segment by identifying, navigating, and closing opportunities in large-scale organizations. Conduct deep discovery to understand customer pain points and recommend how Slack, integrated with Agentforce, can automate manual tasks and unify business data. Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, moving them through the Slack buying cycle with high energy and consistent sales processes. Partner with Solution Engineers and Customer Success to ensure that Slack becomes the central hub for the customer’s entire software stack. Act as the "Voice of the Customer," gathering feedback to help our product teams continuously improve the Slack AI experience.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience (preferably in SaaS). We value "grit" and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
You are highly driven, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Articulate and poised, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
A passion for how AI agents and automation are redefining the future of work.
Degree or equivalent experience (we highly value leadership in extracurriculars, military service, or volunteer roles).
