ECS Account Executive

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging appropriate resources including Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners to support deal execution. Use solution selling expertise to respond to customer needs, build strategic long-term partnerships, and position Salesforce solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, and return on investment analysis. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline week to week, exceeding monthly and quarterly targets by selling into enterprise accounts within your assigned market sector. Partner with senior Account Executives to develop your enterprise sales skills, contributing to Salesforce growth across the Switzerland region.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
You have 2 or more years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales cycles and own all aspects of territory management.
You are self-driven, curious, humble, and coachable — with strong business and sales acumen and the ability to engage effectively across diverse buying centres.
You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quota, ideally in Software as a Service (SaaS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
