Supporting the development and optimization of product formulations by assisting in ingredient selection, recipe adjustments, and technical documentation under guidance from experienced team members. Assisting in laboratory experiments, pilot plant trials, and sensory evaluations to help assess product performance and collect structured data. Reviewing and synthesizing scientific literature, internal knowledge, and market insights to support innovation discussions and early-stage product development. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the smooth progression of projects from development to production. Contributing to data analysis, reporting, and documentation, helping translate experimental results into clear and actionable summaries.

As a Product Development Intern at Nestlé, your mission is to support the development and improvement of innovative products in the field of Adult and Maternal Nutrition, contributing to solutions that meet high standards of quality, safety, and nutritional value. You will make a difference by working closely with R&D specialists, quality, production, and marketing teams, learning from experts while building your own experience. Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Being enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor or Master degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field

  • Bringing a strong interest in product development, innovation, and R&D environments within the food or nutrition industry

  • Being curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn

  • Being able to work using the MS Office Suite

  • Having strong collaboration and communication skills in a multicultural environment

  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning
