Welcome Agent Intern (reception)

As a Welcome Talent Intern, you will be at the heart of daily departmental operations, serving as the ambassador for the W spirit, concept, and brand standards. Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism from check-in to check-out, creating a WOW effect at every step and anticipating their needs with finesse.

Advise guests on hotel services, stay conditions, and other inquiries. Handle communication with guests via phone and email, and relay essential information to various hotel departments. Verify services, invoice, process credit card payments, and monitor deferred payments.

• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
