Global Transformation Lead for Indirect Procurement

Establish the governance model and setup to successfully lead the 800MCHF Spend Optimization project and manage global targets. Analyze and interpret requirements to design improved business processes that support future demand plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with the CFO, BU Heads, and Site Heads to drive proactive communications and decision-making. Review progress against targets, identify obstacles, and implement mitigation solutions or timely escalations. Act as the application and process owner for consulting and S2C processes, ensuring standardized workflows across all target audiences. Manage KPI dashboards to monitor quality and customer satisfaction for continuous performance improvements.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.

  • 10+ years of experience in international matrix environments.

  • Deep background in Indirect Procurement and Global Purchasing.

  • Proven track record in procurement improvement, transformation, and team leadership within a matrix setup.

  • Exceptional skills in managing complex interfaces and collaborating with senior stakeholders like the CFO and BU leads.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and use business knowledge to make correct and timely decisions.

  • Business fluent in English; any other major language is a plus.
