Deputy Team Lead Visual Inspection

Execute activities according to schedule/priorities provided by the TL. Executes Visual Inspection in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines. Setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines. Escalate issues to TL/pikett. Participating in investigations of deviations and improvement projects. Ensuring safety and GMP compliance. Support in recognizing, interpreting and eliminating deviations. Be a trainer in VI activities. Provides technical and procedural support, working with the manufacturing team in a supportive way. Performs training activities of VI and supports others and new joiners.

• Completed chemical / biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or corresponding training qualification, Bachelor / Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering or related disciplines is an advantage

• Structured, focused and organized way of working, assertive and motivated, working independently, flexible and resilient

• High attitude for Safety, Quality, Solution focus and Cooperation

• Knowledge of VI process

• Coordination of resources and workflows

• Fluency in English (written and oral) and German would be an advantage
