Support the coordination and administration of global talent programs, ensuring smooth execution of key activities and initiatives. Organize webinars, virtual networking events, and project activities, including registrations, communications, promotions and follow-up actions. Prepare presentations, meeting materials, dashboards, and project documentation for global stakeholders and leadership. Analyze workforce diversity and talent data, creating reports, visualizations, and insights that support decision-making. Conduct research and benchmarking on Inclusion & Diversity trends and support internal communications and SharePoint content updates.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into meaningful insights and presentations.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Open mindset for how Inclusion & Diversity contribute to business outcomes
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
