IAM Operations Analyst for Third-Party Applications and External Websites

Maintain an inventory of third-party applications and external websites, including ownership, access models, and vendor details; Execute access lifecycle processes for third-party applications and external websites, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities; Process access provisioning, modification, and revocation requests in line with IAM policies; Maintain clear, consistent, and auditable documentation of access decisions and approvals; Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation for each third-party application and external website; Centralize and retain organizational knowledge of vendor-specific access procedures; Support periodic access reviews and certification activities with business stakeholders; Collaborate with business owners, HR, IT GRC, Compliance, and vendors to ensure process alignment; Support audits by providing evidence, documentation, and process transparency; Support application onboarding through standard processes, including requirements gathering and configuration in Clear Skye and ServiceNow; Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation through IAM tools such as ServiceNow and Clear Skye.

• 3-5 years experience in IAM operations, access management, or IT support;

• Experience managing user life cycle processes with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, Role Based Access Control, etc.;

• Experience working with third-party applications and vendor-managed, externally hosted web applications, portals, or websites;

• Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills;

• Hands-on familiarity with IAM tools such as ServiceNow, Clear Skye, SailPoint, or similar platforms;

• Good understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, SSO, identity governance, and directory services;

• Experience working in compliance- or audit-driven environments is an advantage;

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills;

• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
