Drive business development across defined international sales territories in close collaboration with our distribution partners. Develop new markets, applications and customers with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs, strategic customers and end users. Develop and implement growth and go-to-market strategies for new products, applications and target markets. Coach and train our distribution partners to strengthen market presence and unlock business potential. Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitors and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. Support complex customer projects and technical applications and ensure effective knowledge transfer within the organisation. Represent Leister at trade fairs and industry events, with regular international travel of approximately 20%.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Technical and/or commercial education with further qualification at university of applied sciences (FH), higher technical college (HF) or technical school (TS) level
Several years of successful experience in business development, international sales or market development
Proven track record in developing new markets, applications or business opportunities
Strong understanding of industrial markets, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or technically complex capital goods
Experience working with international distribution partners and distributors
Strong understanding of market analysis, growth strategies and successful execution
High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and results orientation
Confident and engaging personality with the ability to inspire people, motivate partners and drive projects forward
Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills in an international environment
Excellent networking and relationship management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Very good German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage
