Job Description

Managing the software release roadmap (scope and timeline) in alignment with the business owners and solution architects. Owning the feature backlog of the platform and setting priorities in accordance to the business and technology roadmap. Planning and steering the program increments by coordinating product managers, stakeholders and dependencies. Validating feature implementations and providing progress transparency. Coaching and leading the product owners and product support managers of the various feature teams. Driving strategic topics to improve the product management process organization.

Education

• Basic technical education with further education in economics / business administration or MSc in technical science, Product Management or a comparable degree

Experience

• Know-how and multiple years of work experience in product management, software project management or similar
• Experience in lateral and vertical leadership

Competencies

• Strong communication skills: ability to simplify complex processes in order to clearly explain and communicate to stakeholders

Languages

• Very good knowledge in German and English, both written and spoken

Other

• Good technical understanding (engineer level)
