Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of Komax equipment at customer sites. The role includes diagnosing technical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, documenting service activities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The technician provides on-site technical support, conducts machine testing and training when required, and follows all safety and quality standards while working independently or as part of a service team.
