Coordinate and support the sales team in their daily activities to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales data, and inventory levels using CRM and other sales software. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pricing lists. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events ensuring all logistics are taken care of. Serve as a point of contact for clients to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Monitor sales performance and support the generation of reports to inform management decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales goals are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software tools.
