Develop and implement procurement plans that align with organizational goals and budgets. Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors and alternative sourcing options. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery schedules. Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation with accuracy and compliance. Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or variances, and foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material requirements and optimize inventory levels. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to procurement activities. Continuously seek opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements within the procurement function.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, preferably within a medium to large organization.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills suited for building effective vendor relationships.
Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Commitment to ethical procurement practices and inclusivity in sourcing decisions.
>5 years of purchasing experience in a industrial and multinational environment
Experience with sheet metal and welded assemblies
Supplier management and contract negotiations
Initial leadership or project management experience
SAP experience, preferably in the MM module
Any Engineering Degree.
