As Head of Sales you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel partners and Key accounts. Your role will involve managing and expanding our partner network, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the overall success of our channel sales operations. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

5 years of successful professional experience in indirect B2B sales, ideally in the Industrial or logistics branch
Preferably experience in supporting sales partners, managing distributors
Experience in dealing with CRM systems and good Microsoft 365 user knowledge
Young, quick-thinking individual who enjoys entrepreneurial freedom with a high degree of self-motivation and independence
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a high affinity for digital technologies
Technical understanding to support the sales partners and end customers
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Location, you are ideally based in Germany or close to KEMARO office
