Manager/Senior Manager - Senior Cyber Security Architect

Join our diverse Cybersecurity team and collaborate within our global community of experts to guide the design and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity architectures for clients. You will be responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable, and future-proof security architectures for our diverse client base. Act as the lead security architect on projects, providing expert guidance and industry good practices. Example areas would be Zero Trust, Network, OT, Data & Cloud, Cryptography. Assess client cybersecurity posture and provide strategic recommendations aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will be a key role in large scale business and cyber transformation programs. You will also collaborate closely with client IT, risk, and compliance teams to integrate security solutions into business processes. Conduct security risk assessments and threat modeling to guide architecture decisions. Participate in proposals, client presentations, and workshops to communicate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Cultivate a client network, establishing yourself as the go-to person on security needs within PwC. Coach and develop your team members on their career path, while contributing to the overall team growth strategy.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
At least 8+ years of experience in Information Security architecture with at least 4 years dedicated to security architecture. Additionally, well conversent in Cloud, Network, Zero Trust, Data Protection, or any related domains.
Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business IT or a related field. Information Security certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, CISM, TOGAF, or CCSP are highly desirable
Experience with DevSecOps practices , and implementation of security tools is a strong plus.
Good mentorship and team-building skills.
Ability to communicate complex security concepts in busines context to a broad range of audiences.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Fluent in English; German or French are a plus.
