Senior Associate - Legal Regulatory Project Manager

Analyse new and evolving regulatory requirements and translate them into clear business, process and operating model implications. Design pragmatic target processes, controls and governance structures that embed regulatory requirements into day to day operations. Enable end to end regulatory implementation projects, from regulatory interpretation and solution design to operational rollout and adoption. Shape and coordinate cross functional teams across legal, compliance, business, operations and IT to deliver implementable solutions. Convert complex legal and regulatory texts into actionable business requirements, policies, procedures and system specifications. Drive implementation roadmaps and support execution, ensuring solutions are risk appropriate, scalable and aligned with business objectives. Contribute to change and adoption by supporting training concepts, communication materials and implementation guidance. Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a reliable point of contact throughout regulatory initiatives.

• University degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a regulated environment with hands on involvement in regulatory or compliance implementation initiatives.

• Strong capability to translate regulatory requirements into business processes, operating models and practical solutions.

• Solid understanding of how regulation impacts business operations, controls, systems and organisational structures.

• Proven experience in project based environments with strong coordination and delivery skills.

• Confidence working at the interface of legal, compliance, business and technology teams.

• Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
