Develop and execute regional strategic marketing plans to accelerate ICE adoption and business growth across EMEA. Identify market opportunities, evaluate customer needs, conduct market assessments, and provide strategic input into long-term portfolio planning and innovation roadmaps. Drive physician adoption strategies and workflow optimization initiatives to support the transition from traditional imaging modalities to ICE-guided procedures. Lead regional product launch planning and execution, including market segmentation, commercialization strategies, pricing recommendations, demand generation, and customer education. Partner with local commercial teams to support forecasting, demand planning, and business performance monitoring. Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams to develop evidence-generation strategies and strengthen clinical and economic value propositions. Monitor competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and lifecycle management activities. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives and product launches.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, or related roles within the Medical Device, Cardiovascular, or Imaging industries.
Strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures and image-guided interventions.
Experience developing and executing commercialization strategies for innovative medical technologies.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a complex global matrix organization.
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking capabilities, including forecasting and business case development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to travel up to 30% across EMEA and globally.
