Define, refine, plan and execute VIP/influencer strategy with agencies, internal departments, markets, business and cross-functional needs. Work on all aspects of VIP/influencer contract & usage negotiation, content creation, product placements. Execute plans for celebrity/influencer activity and campaigns to support key product/message launches. Collaborate with markets to align on influencers’ strategy and activities plans. Manage, maintain and monitor talent activities across assigned markets. Identify key celebrities and influencers to partner with and support product placements. Manage and monitor influencer led results, analytics and presentations. Create reports and share results with markets and central teams. Research top influencers, competitors and trends in the industry.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

• Higher studies in Communication, Marketing or Economics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international luxury company or agency
• Previous experience in communication is a must
• Strong organisational skills, meet deadlines
• Good cross-cultural communication skills and networking abilities
• Flexible mind with a good team spirit
