PMO Sr. Program Manager

Lead large-scale programs, including New Product introduction and industrialization, transfers. Translate business requirements into executable project and program plans. Aligns the program team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the enterprise project. Drive alignment & Accountability across cross-functional teams. Provides guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiatives. Actively Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Serves as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor. Devises creative solutions to critical customer and user needs. Monitor program performance through KPIs, reporting, and risk management. Support product launches and operational readiness activities. Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, customers, and key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters Degree Preferred

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.

• PMP certification Preferred, other similar Project Management Certified Training program welcome

• Must be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies

• Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Agility and proficiency to navigate across multiple Systems, MS 365 suite, Project Management Systems, ERP, PLMs etc.

• Business fluent in English, further languages are an advantage
