Process Engineer

Preparation and execution of validation documentation (IQ, OQ, and PQ) in close collaboration with the Quality team and Production department. Ensuring that all process validations are carried out in compliance with the Quality Management System. Evaluation of change controls with regard to validation status. Support of life-cycle activities for equipment and preparation of corresponding decommissioning documentation. Performing statistical analyses using statistical software such as Minitab. Supporting the achievement of key business metrics by providing technical support for value stream processes. Collaborating with the Team Lead and/or Manager in the development and implementation of strategic technical goals and objectives. Cost management through project execution in the areas of scrap, rework, and consumables. Actively promoting a strong safety culture.

• Completed degree in a relevant engineering or scientific field or equivalent qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience in process validation

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities

• Very good German and English skills required
